Absolutely waste of money. This product is designed to fail after a few uses. It uses a plastic gear to mesh against a metal spinning rod and after just a few uses, metal will eat away the plastic gear teeth. Also, I cannot find repair guides anywhere and most of the replacement parts are perpetually "out of stock". I only used this maybe 3-4 times at different time intervals and it already died on me. I've only sliced maybe around 3-4 lbs of meat and it already died. I thought it would save me money buying $4-5 per pound meat and slice it at home than buying already sliced meat at $10 per pound. Doing the math, the meats cost me a whopping $50+ per pound!!! Better to burn your money than buying this junk because now, I will have to dispose of this trash.
