If You Describe Your Pillow as Being 18", Then Deliver an 18" (not 15") Pillow.
I just received my Brentwood 18-Inch Mongolian Faux Fur Pillow.
It is not white and it is not 18".
I didn't expect that it would be a true white but I did expect it to be 18". I purchased it for that reason -- I wanted an 18" pillow.
I have read some reviews (I had not done that before purchasing it) and found out that it has probably never been 18" -- so why is it being advertised as an 18" pillow?
That is false advertising.
If it is only 15", just say that it is 15" and people that want a 15" pillow will buy it.
How hard is that?
