Do not waste your money. This stuff is "snake oil".
Digital is digital. So long as the bits and bytes get to where they're going, there is zero difference between a $3 cable and a $3,000 cable.
On a cable run this short, there's no non-deliberate way to induce enough RF interference to cause the cable not to work.
And if, somehow you WERE, simply buy a $5 shielded cable, instead of a $3 unshielded cable.
And, on that note, with a bit of further investigation, this $3000 cable isn't even shielded twisted-pair. It's unshielded twisted pair. So if you ARE going to pull RF interference, this cable won't help you worth a damn.
Shielded twisted pair is a slightly thicker, more rigid cable with a, for lack of a better common term, "foil" lining around either the entire twisted cable bundle, and/or in other cases, around each twisted pair. You can do a Google image search for "shielded twisted pair" or "STP vs UTP" to see what it looks like.
Anyone telling you they "can hear a difference" between this cable and a $3 cable is either trying to sell you something at a ludicrous markup, or they're suffering from audiophile snobbery bias.
