Initially we really loved these pillows -- they are a great size, firm, but not too firm, and the cover is softer than expected. They arrived air-packed into small bags so you have to allow them time to 'inflate' (for lack of a better word) and to off-gas. The smell we attributed to the memory foam off-gassing but after a few days it was clear that something was wrong with the pillows. They smell like mildew or mold and after more than a week of being allowed to air out they STILL stink. My husband cannot use these. I cannot sleep next to him as my asthma flared because of the mildew. Please don't sell defective or dirty products!
