The handle kept overheating and burning my hand!
Super bummed, because as I vacuumed, the handle kept heating up so much that it was burning my hand!!! Seriously, my hand was turning red from the insane amount of heat on the handle. Had to return. Not safe and painful to my hand. Total bummer, but they accept returns, so that helped.
