Please note this review has been edited after 2 weeks of using this For the first few days I truly LOVED this unit, while it is not as silent as it is advertised to be I work on the phone all day from home so the little noise it made wasn't at issue....in the beginning. as time went on I noticed the noise getting louder and making a rubbery screeching noise. When I checked over the unit I found a build up of small rubber pellets on one wheel, wiping these off stopped the noise for a while but then it would come back along with more pellets. So now it was getting loud enough it could be heard while I was on the phone which made the unit useless. Did the online form and after more then a day received a email back from a customer service rep named Justyna who said they would send me new wheel pads. Since this did not seem like a sure fire fix and since I had paid 350.00 for what was supposed to be a high quality best there is unit I responded to him tht I felt since this one was clearly defective I would prefer a new unit. 3 days passed with no answer back I emailed him again nothing. I left a message thru facebook nothing. I tried to call 7 times during 2 days and all you get is a message telling you they aren't answering today. Finally after leaving another message on facebook letting them know I planned to return the unit and leave negative feed back the same rep finally got back to me with a vague response of we will ship a new unit soon. At this point I again emailed asking for specifics but none were given when I asked to speak with Justyna insisting that his manager contact me I received a response claiming no one was available until tomorrow. After insisting I be called (time between emails was generally half a day) I then received a call from Sarah who is in marketing who after trying to give me the same vague it will be shipped soon answer and being told tht was not acceptable agreed to send me a new unit that day. She said she would contact me with in 20 minutes. promised she would and while I did get a unit shipped and did receive it it was hours before she contacted me back (a email they must not know how to use a phone") so now the replacement unit has arrived seems ok for now we will see what happens. after looking over the old one seems the issue is the wheel digs into the rubber on the base causing a groove which causes the pellets which causes the noise, seems they know about this but rather then address it expect customers to live with it. I really think any customer oriented company who had put a customer thru this would have followed up once the product was delivered didn't really surprise me when they didnt Judging by the service so far really seems this is some kids running this out of a garage. Ill try this one for a few days but if there are any issues wont bother to contact them ill just send it on back. Kinda sad this could have been a easy fix but they just don't seem to know what customer service is. For now ill leave my review 1 star if this turns out to be problem free ill adjust it
