Third wheel we purchased for our Syrian hamsters. Was excited about it being silent. Unfortunately, it came defective and wobbled a lot. So much so the hamster wouldn’t run in it. Just too wonky, so I contacted the seller and they said some wobble was normal. This wasn’t normal so I returned it. What’s interesting is they don’t have an opportunity to exchange it when you go through the return process. That’s what I was hoping to do. At any rate, rather than taking responsibility for a defective product they make you pay for the return postage AND charge a 5% restocking fee. Why in the world you’d need to restock a defective item, I’m not sure. The issue I have really isn’t with the wheel, but the seller. In other words, even though I was going to buy another one in exchange for this one to give it another chance. I won’t be now, with this seller at least.
