So I got this yesterday, so excited to use it for work. Its pretty spacious and I like how you can put drinks on the sides of it so you can keep your inside space. However I am truly disappointed- placed a glass bowl of warm food in it and when I got to work to take out the bowl it had melted thru the plastic lining - as you can see with the attached pics. I used to have a cheapy lunch bag and would put my warm bowl in there ALL the time and this never happened. I will he sending it back. Also it has a weird smell ... assuming its the cheap inside lining.
