I was looking forward to this product since it claimed to do things another brand I was considering does at half the price. I was pleased with how smoothly the product provided full coverage on the waterline with little pressure. It didn't irritate my eyes either. However, all I did was go to dinner and it was gone by the time my entree arrived. I won't say that it ran down my face or smudged terribly. It just pretty much vacated my waterline and settled below my lashline. It looked like I slept in my makeup. It's not terrible eyeliner. It just doesn't do what it says it does and migrates just enough to make you look tired. The best thing I can say about it is that it wasn't irritating, but honestly, I had longer lasting results taking a lighter to a cheap kohl pencil in high school than this. If you don't mind frequent reapplication it's fine, but it did not stay on my normal waterline while I just ate food.
