These little cameras are actually pretty decent. The image quality is quite good both in daylight and at night. They're nice and light, so they can rest on things like curtains nicely without falling over on their own weight.
The night vision LED is very good. It illuminated the entire room well, such that only the corners of the room were a bit darker than the rest (but not dark enough that I couldn't tell what was going on.
The field of view is decent, though the replacement camera captures the room much better (115-degree vs 120-degree viewing angle). I didn't think 5 degrees would make that big of a difference, but it actually does.
The two-way audio is pretty nice. I used it to tell my kids to calm down when they were jumping around too much and I was downstairs to hear the thumping.
The Android app is well laid out and visually more appealing than plenty of other network camera apps that I've looked at. It made it pretty easy to setup the cameras. Viewing the cameras while not connected to my home wifi is a breeze too.
Unfortunately I am returning these cameras because I lack confidence in the security of Funlux's online operation. When I signed up for an account on their website, they sent me both my username AND PASSWORD in plain text. That's simply not something that should be done, especially in 2016. Along with this, their Android application required pretty much every single permission you can imagine (for no good reason). I refuse to keep these devices in my home with these two things in mind. If you can handle those thoughts without feeling nervous about other people peering in on your home and family, by all means, get these cameras. They're pretty great otherwise.
