Unlike some other reviewers I did receive a set of two; however, both had broken welds right out of the package. These are low quality racks. Update: Had a replacement set shipped in hopes the broken welds were a fluke. The new set had two broken welds on one rack right out of the box. $8.50 each for a flimsy rack with broken welds doesn't seem like a fair deal to me. These will be returned. Save yourself the trouble and find another brand.
