No dics to load into My computer. Had problems getting touch with HP. When was able to talk with HP they wanted me to buy gift cards to pay for update. Then took over my computer and demanded I get gift cards to release it. My life is in a mess . My printer is not hooked up. Cannot get in touch the right people at HP or Amazon. Need this problem taken care of. If not this will be the LAST time I buy anything from Amazon and HP.
