The bed is cozy, plus and my dog loves it. BUT: after two months I decided to wash it. On gentle cycle. in Cold. With low spin. The seams failed anyway and the filling/batting was all over my washing machine. My return window is closed so I have no option to return or ask for a replacement. Terrible links on Amazon do not get me to a place where I can discuss directly with the manufacturer. I am completely unable to seek deserved reparation. If I could rate Amazon, I would give Amazon zero stars for an aggressively short return window and not providing any alternative for recompense.
