Avoid.
This gate is nothing short of 4lbs of junk. It does not hold, the locking mechanism does not say, and my 11 month old child has fallen as a result of leaning on it numerous times. I would not recommend buying this unless you plan to reset it at least once a day and risk your child's safety. Currently, it is in the trash.
