This is without a doubt the most un-user friendly vacuum that I have ever used. The hose is short and not pliable, the extensions will not stay together and pick up is just okay. I spend more time putting the extensions back together that I do actually vacuuming. Tried using rubber bands and tape on ends to make it tighter but that didn't work either.
