This vacuum works great out of the box. Bought it in March 2017. We use it every single day to spot clean, roughly 2-5 minutes per day. Around June 2018, the battery started showing signs of not holding the charge. Now (Sep 2018) the vacuum will run less than one minute on a full charge. BATTERY IS NOT REPLACEABLE. I hate to make this vacuum another land fill item. This is the trend with manufacturers and consumers at this day and age. The planet's resources will not maintain this type of life style much longer (10 more generations, maybe).
