Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We read several reviews and decided to give Casper a Try. The result was terrible. The mattress is crocked, and tilts up on every corner, the different foam layers are uneven. The only positive thing about our experience, was buying this through amazon, that took care of us as customers. Casper’s call center and service, said their was nothing to be done, about a defaulty mattress because it was not handled directly by them. Terrible service and product.
