Terrible
The rocks are evidently coated in black paint? Which chips off VERY easily and floats at the surface of the water in little flakes. No matter how much you rinse it, more keeps coming off. I didn't even want to chance putting my fish in with it and having her eat it and get sick so I had to dump it all out and clean out the whole tank.
