The device itself is OK / acceptable. If you break it down into the primary features/facets on most of them it is average e.g. Blue tooth speaker - there are easily better ones - the bass /treble is not the best, but average. Search - other voice assistants are better including the one from Microsoft is better !! on and on. so for an average device why give single star ? primary reason is the adapter - it is known to break / stop working quite quickly (including mine) - getting a replacement is not easy - mostly out of stock - though they know it breaks easily. Possibly they hope you would buy a replacement device instead of waiting for months for getting the adapter.
