I bought this Bikeroo Comfort Seat about 6 months ago. The seat frame has broken out of the seat bottom. I've tried to contact the seller through Amazon. I'd like to ask if they will replace it. I haven't had any luck. I'm 74 years old and only ride around my neighborhood. I don't put much stress on my bike. I wouldn't recommend buying this product if it can't hold up to someone my age.
