After much research, I ordered two barrels and they were delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. One of the features that I liked was the flat back which allows the barrel to be placed flush against a wall. The product description did not mention that two drain holes from the top planter bowl are located in the rear so water drains out the back; less than ideal for my situation. Since I ordered two barrels, it was easy to see that the drain holes (described above) on one barrel had an obvious problem that the manufacturer tried to fix with plastic tubing and epoxy. The fix was not successful and water from the planter bowl drained into the barrel itself. I made a claim and tried to send the barrels back. The shipping cost exceeded the cost of the barrel. I filed a claim, sent pictures, but my defective product claim was denied. After weeks and weeks I was refunded $100 from the manufacturer along with my original shipping cost.
