Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this product and it is not as advertised. First, it did not come in a box like the description says and it does not even smell like moth balls. Also, the moth balls are smashed up and not whole. I tried to return this to Amazon by doing so online, but when I tried, I got a message that said it can't be returned. Yet the product description clearly says that the product can be returned to Amazon in 30 days.
