I bought 3 of these and i faced the same problem with all of them. At first they work great and all the suction cups stick well to the window with no issues but after a month or so it begins to loose its suction making this product useless. I had to keep constantly putting the bird feeder back up because it kept falling til i gave up. One of them even broke as it fell. I tried contacting the company through the website they have but they never got back to me after multiple attempts. Would not recommend.
