I did some on-line research before deciding to buy this pressure washer, largely upon the high reviews from Amazon buyers. This product does not live up to the high rating. When I received the washer I was initially pleased. It looked like a quality product, and it worked well for about 2 hours. After taking a short break the unit had it's first problem. The motor sounded like it kicked into high gear, and the pressure dropped. I checked the water hose to make sure there were no kinks or other issues. Everything was setup as it should be, and the pressure washer continued to have problems. After an even longer break, attempting to call their support line, the washer started to work again. The second issue I encountered was their lack of support. I called the support number, which directed me to press one if I was in the USA, which I did, and it promptly hung up on me. I did this several times, and I also pressed zero for an operator. All the support line did no matter what I pressed was hang up. No "Leave a message", or call back later, or voice mail. Just dial-tone after it hangs up. Worthless support. After failing to get support, the unit was working again so I went back to work, and to the third problem. The center section of the spray wand is held together with two pins, both of which fell out. The wand blew apart. One pin may never have been there, the other was still partially in but cocked to one side after blowing apart. This is from normal home use. I was just washing my fence. Total use, maybe 4 hours. Also, the fittings are not brass as some have said, they are aluminum, though the one on the front has a thin brass coating for color. As soon as it gets a scratch (which is easy to do) the aluminum beneath is revealed. This is not a quality product.
