I have been an aromatherapist for over 38 years. Out of curiosity, I wanted to try this product. It was the lowest priced among the listings on Amazon. You get what you pay for. The bottle was packaged in a beautiful box, which impressed me. Upon opening the box the bottle was wet/oily and the base of the box was soiled. The secure lid was tight so I was confused. When I took off the lid and place the dropper on, it didn't fit properly and the oil leaked. Plus, the smell was like a rancid tracer oil. NO HINT of grapefruit at all. Amazon gave me a refund and I tossed out the oil and bottle. I also tried to contact the phone number included in the packaging and no one returned my call. Also, the company's phone number on the bottle goes to Canada under the auspices of a real estate company. An ODD and frustrating situation here.
