Use at your own risk...
I couldn't find a DIY priced crimping tool that was actually made for US AWG cables & terminals/lugs so I bought this one against my better judgement. But I was leery of the hammer & hydraulic types for other reasons. I needed to crimp lugs on 6 AWG cable. I ended up using the 16mm die on one jaw & the 10mm die on the other. This left burrs on the lugs that I hammered out & the attachment appears strong but you don't ever want a "kluge" for an electrical connection.
You see all kinds of work arounds that people do to get acceptable lug crimps & this tools is just a work around not really acceptable for anything but metric lugs & cables (if that). I don't recommend it (the cutter is nice) & I don't have a recommendation for DIYers that only have rare or limited needs.
My biggest complaint is that this & dozens of similar crimpers are being marketed for use with AWG cables & lugs. They were made for metric lugs & cables, not AWG. Close enough is a bad compromise with electricity.
