Dead within two weeks and fitbit support is unresponsive
I had high hopes for this product. First the silent alarm didn't go off as scheduled and fitbit's solution didn't solve the problem. Then I updated the firmware. Then it died. The screen is black, a single green light flashing on the back of the device, and it's utterly unresponsive. I've spent at least an hour waiting for the next available agent to help me without it ever happening. As far as I can tell, this is a common problem and a common experience with the Charge 3 and with fitbit.
