Do not buy, this is a hunk of junk and there are some major QC issues. I bought the first one and followed the instructions to the T. You have to charge it, so I did, the light stayed red, never turned off, never went green etc. It says wait an hour before using which I did. I downloaded their app to my phone plugged it in and tried and tried and tried to turn it on……. Nothing. I charged it over night and tried the next day, still nothing. Reread the instructions, googled it, youtube videos, still nothing. Tried different chargers, outlets, etc. What other people showed on YouTube this wouldn’t do….. turn on. So, I returned it for a new one, maybe one bad one okay sure. I got the new one, this wouldn’t even light up at all when I charged it. I thought okay maybe it’s not suppose to, waited over an hour, tried to turn it on/use it, nothing. Charged it overnight, nothing. Returned and waiting for a refund. Do not buy this until their QC fixes some major problems. The best part of wasting $400 and a bunch of time is if you look this unit up on google or youtube there are fixes to take apart a $400 item and fix their cheap sweat shop work to make it work. Yeah sorry , pass.
