I love this shampoo AND I'm very disgusted that the manufacturers have not resolved the obvious issues with the low quality packaging. In the past it's been very difficult for me to get this shampoo out of the bottle. This last purchase wouldn't work at ALL.... so I decided to pry the top off. Low and behold I found a rusty spring (on the brand new bottle), smelly mold and finally the shampoo!!!! I was shocked at how little shampoo was in that crappy container! I put it in a bottle next to the original so you could all see what you're actually getting! Dang! I AM gonna "rethink clean" after seeing what's under the hood!!!!
