WARNING to WOMEN: Big Problem With The Fit and Bigger Problem with Customer Support I'm not going to get into how my charge hr works because I couldn't wear it more than 4 days before it caused terrible pain. I got a large wristband because my wrist size was right in between the two. The hard part of the wristband, the part that reads your heart rate is 21/2 inches long and completely inflexible. The instructions say to wear it an inch above your wrist which I did. The problem is that the inflexible part is longer than the top of my wrist so it sticks out and when I fasten it it pulls the ends straight down putting pressure on the top of my arm. A little hard to explain but needless to say it started hurting from the pressure and I woke up one morning to a bruise and a lot of pain when anything touched the top of my arm. The second problem is customer service. It is in a South American country (when I asked they wouldn't tell me which one for safety reasons, I guess they don't want me flying down to Chile or wherever to yell at them.) I explained my problem to the lady and she asked me 5 minutes of questions about how I cleaned my wristband and then said she was sorry about my rash. I tried to help her understand I had a bruise not a rash and she said I would be contacted within 24 hours with help. I received an email the next day that began with 'Im sorry about your rash' and had return instructions. It said I could repy to the email with further questions and I did but have not gotten any response. This is what happens when when companies get cheap and use call centers that dont speak English as a first language, a lot gets lost in the nuances of the language. I really wanted this Fitbit but with the starge fit and the lack of customer service I have no choice but to return it.
