I have ordered this 4 times. The first two times I received clear yellow liquid with very little smell. The third time I ordered, it was a milky, cloudy yellow with thick crystal stuff floating in it. I didn't return it, but tried to get an answer from the company about it being safe or was it a bad batch. I didn't get any answers. I waited a few weeks and decided I would buy it again, just to check it out. It came cloudy and chunky. The first two bottles seemed to really help my dog, but unfortunately I won't be buying any more because the formula has changed and the company won't let me know if its safe or not. I would not give this stuff to your pet because its inconsistent and the company doesn't seem to have quality control standards and there is no customer service if there's a problem. Update: Another reviewer said she went to the vetflix website and ordered a bottle, and it was ok. I went to the vetflix website, filled out the order forms, and clicked place order. A message popped up that read..."a manager will get back to you". I've heard nothing from no one. This company is too sketchy for me. I won't give anything they make to my dog again.
