It is not without great disappointment that I'm writing this. I've been a Chemical Guys' buyer for the better part of a decade. But I had a recent issue and contacted their support team, and their treatment has left me looking for an alternative. When talking about a minor issue unrelated to the product, they were happy to help (even if they didn't provide any solution), but the moment I let them know about the Silk Shine I received whose gallon container failed shortly after purchase, providing receipt and images, they ceased all communication. They didn't even dignify the issue with a generic apology. There were plenty of ways to fix the minor problem, but just ignoring it made me feel insulted. A couple more emails and a few more weeks since without response, and now I don't think I'll buy their products any longer. That's a pretty poor way to address the issue on their side considering that not standing behind a cheap product means loosing the hundreds if not thousands I'd have spent on them in the future (as I have already in the past). All in all, a company who doesn't stand behind their product and insults their customers isn't worth the time considering how many alternatives there are. I really expected more from CG, but I guess that's how they are and they don't have any intention of changing.
