We love this fireplace. We got the wind guard and it's absolutely beautiful and works great. We have received so many compliments so why only 2 stars? Well 9 times out of 10 the starter doesn't work! Even done everything but unless we use a starter stick. We find for the price this to be ridiculous. We are not the only ones to have this issue...clearly the company should address this issue!!!!
