If you're looking for a higher dose potassium pill than what you can get at the grocery store, this isn't it. It says 550 Mg on the front but on back it lists 90 Mg "from" 550 mg. Also the first time I ordered this, I got a plastic ball of some kind instead but I didn't return it because my kid wanted the ball. I feel like this product was deceptively advertised and I won't be buying it again.
