I received my blanket more than a 2 month ago and notice right away that there was a defect with it, the stitching on the zipper is extreme loose. On a 25 pound blanket, it is just waiting to rip. I reached out to customer service, which takes like a week for them to reply to each message and still have not received a replacement cover. The blanket itself is alright, but with the zipper problem I have to go out of my way to treat it extra delicate which is funny for how heavy it is.
