One of the things that scares me the most is when one of my pets gets hurt. The clasp that attaches the different feathers and toys went through a section of my cat's paw when we were playing and hurt him pretty good. I have bought several other brands and never had an issue. We had to go quickly to the vet to have it removed. I was a panicked mess and if I hadn't moved quickly to cut everything off and get him into a cat carrier it may have done much more damage. Luckily the vet was able to get it out of his paw fairly easily but I couldn't when I tried. This in my opinion is a very major design flaw.
