Snuggle pedic claims pillow won't get flat (not true)
Snuggle pedic willing to replace pillow but won't pay for shipping. I live in Hawaii, returning the pillow will cost $83 (more than pillow itself) Customer service wouldn't budge on this. Why would I pay more to return the pillow, I may as well buy a new one.... " but" what if same thing happens. I even offered to buy a new one @ 50% off just so I wouldn't have to return the pillow. They wouldn't agree to that.
I am very discouraged.
