I want to love this bottle warmer - really, I do. I have had a wonderful experience with the direct-pump Kiinde system, in general. However, this bottle warmer is finicky and breaks easily. I've had 2 break on me, and we barely use them. I am 100% positive this is not user error because I am fastidious about its use. We warm up one 3oz bottle per night, and we always make sure there is ample water (enough to spill up into the overflow reservoir). Both times, the bottle warmer broke by not circulating the water (it failed to rise). We use it gently and lightly. When it is working - it's excellent!! I love the product. However, it is not durable if it breaks - twice - with such light use.
