This is a counterfeit product being sold as genuine. If you are ok with generic brush heads you can find them for a lot cheaper. Photos show genuine on the left and counterfeit (purchased) in the right. Details: Missing RFID tag in bottom of brush. Doesn’t quite fit the brush correctly giving different sound and vibration. Cheaper bristles not contoured the same. Something not related to the brush performance that’s a pretty good tell you bought a counterfeit is cheap printing on the brush that doesn’t have the correct contrast, font and icon.
