I got this treadmill in May and at first, it was awesome. Smooth, quiet, fit well in the room and user friendly. Flash forward to early July and it started speeding up and slowing down on its own, not slowly either, very abruptly. I tried troubleshooting myself but the things you can do are fairly limited without voiding the warranty. Now, the floor belt doesn’t move at all. It took me a week and a half to get an actual person on the phone at Bowflex support. They tried to deduce the problem over the phone to no avail. They said to wait for an email order for in home tech support. That took two days to receive and it said that a tech would be out in 20 days due to the lead time on the parts. Are you kidding me? I have a total of 18hrs logged on this treadmill, spent over $1600 on it and now it’s down over a month waiting on parts. Seriously terrible customer service not to mention a POS treadmill that can’t even stand up to a month of speed walking, not even running. I can’t wait to see how it holds up after they repair it.... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Spend another 500-600$ on a Nautilus.
