FAX the 90s for repair claims - mine dumped me on the floor.
After a year of use, the back broke off on this. The threaded inserts pulled right out of the seat. I found this out while I was on the phone typing and it finally let go and dumped me over backwards onto the floor.
After my trip to the bathroom to clean up the blood, I looked for warranty claim information. Apparently everything has to be done over FAX. I don't live in the 90s, so I don't have a fax machine.
