Was disappointed in the quality of the material. Feels chintzy. Also, it comes with 3 brackets, and one of them was damaged (see photo). Fortunately, the window I'm using it for is narrow enough that I didn't have to use the center support bracket, so I could get by without using the damaged one. But the worst part is the design in regard to installation. There are two screw holes on the bracket, but the scrolls flare out to about the same width as the screw hole location, which means that it is extremely difficult/impossible to position a screw driver/drill on the screw and not have the screw driver/drill bump into the scroll. So the only functional way to insert the screws is at a slight angle, instead of straight in. What were the engineers thinking?
