If steam is what you want this is not for you
I will start with the good things about this steamer. It’s light but sturdy, comes with a good assortment of accessories that attach to the unit for easy access and has a heavy duty electrical cord. BUT the steam output is a joke. When you press the button for it to steam it barely comes out or doesn’t at all. When I steam mop I want steam billowing out of it constantly (like my past steam mops- which had their own downfalls but not the steaming aspect)If your just using the handle with a small attachment it comes out pretty well but when the mop is on there it is worthless. I researched a lot of steam mops and their ratings and reviews and chose this one.....VERY SORRY I DID!!
