I purchased this at a brick and mortar for the same price here. Let's face it...$40 is A LOT to spend on a mug. I read all the review and thought that this thing must be from outer space because everyone seemed to rave about how cold it kept drinks. Everyone must be really, really into the Yeti hype because this tumbler is average at best. Here's the deal. You are paying DOUBLE for this tumbler because it says "Yeti" on the side of it. The brand has become a status symbol, let's face it. You don't see too many people driving around with "Igloo" stickers on the backs of their $60,000 Tahoes, do you. There is no magic here. Go to Walmart and buy ANY stainless steel vacuum drinking vessel and it will perform equally well. Save your money. All this is is a double wall vacuum vessel. That's it. Made in China like any other no name brand. And...The damn lid doesn't seal so it will spill AND if you put anything hot in it, the heat rises out very quickly. I really wanted to be dazzled by this but it's ALL hype and marketing...Sorry Yeti. I would return mine if I could.
