I have taken Valerian Root for years. I just finished with another brand with a lot less mg in each capsule. I was used to taking two of the other brand, so I only took one the first night. The odor of Valerian root is not pleasant, and I didn't notice very much odor. I noticed no noticeable difference, so the next night, I took two. Still nothing. I am just trying to finish these up so I can order the ones I had previously
