Usually my favorite lip balm. I have ordered a 2-pack from Amazon twice now. I was happy with my first order, but in my most recent order, the lip balm I received appeared fake. I've added some photos of a good tube (which came in US packaging) and a bad tube (which came in Japanese packaging). If you think you have received an inauthentic lip balm, here's what to look for: - Product does not fill the diameter of the tube (there is a gap between the tube and the product) - Twist up mechanism works roughly instead of smoothly - Tube wobbles when you stand it up (not flat on the bottom) - Lettering on tube has bubbles
