I am a Hospice Chaplain that often visits patients who have no chairs in the room. I ordered this seat to fill that need. I used it for two days. I followed all requirements for use. My weight is well below the limit for the seat. However, the seat began to sag. I noticed that the bolt that holds the legs together was all bent and looked like a silver worm it was so warped. One good thing is that it has a life time warranty. So, I phoned the company and they sent a replacement. The problem with the bolt is that was not a "hardened" bolt. So, I went to the hardware store and got a hardened bolt and a locking nut (it needed a locking nut because it easily becomes loose....not good when you are trusting the seat to hold you up off a hard floor). So, for an extra $2 for a hardened bolt and a locking nut, you can have a pretty dependable little seat. I have now used the "fortified" new seat for a couple of weeks with no problems.
