Have yet to receive a non defective product
Decided to order this after seeing it on an America’s Test Kitchen list as a more affordable option. I have yet to actually use the pot since it has come damaged. Supposed to be receiving my 3rd Replacement today. Crossing my fingers. Will update my review as soon as I receive a usable product. Also emailed CrockPot’s customer service to inquire if this was common. Crickets.
