Not effective
If you want the anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin I suggest you try a different brand. 150mg of CURCUMIN could be written less boldly on the bottle. I tried an entire bottle with no effect. Come to find out, this is not nearly enough curcumin for me to experience it's positive effects.
