I so wanted to love this fan. Got it for my mom who had a stroke earlier this year and is bed bound. The remote was a great idea. Looked nice, very quiet. Until 15 min. In, the fan started making weird noise.like something was loose inside? Or is this normal? I should return it but not sure how. Maybe i just shouldn't buy electronic stuff on amazon since the deliver guy (not ups/fedex/usps) that we've got delivery from them twice and it seems they like to throw our boxes. 😭 If the vdo loaded that's the sound it made and its next to my fish tank so sorry for the running water sound 😁
